Return Procedure !

Simply fill in the return form by providing:

  • The reason for your return
  • Whether you would like an exchange, a refund, or a credit note for a future order
  • The order reference number
  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • The product(s) you wish to return in the comments section, as well as any other useful information
Return form

All items must be returned complete and in a condition suitable for resale: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all original tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear items must be tried on over clean underwear.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent by post to the following address:

Once the return form has been submitted, here’s how to send back your items:

  • No need to print the invoice to include in the package.
  • No return slip required.
  • Simply write your name, surname, and order reference on a piece of paper (scrap paper, recycled paper, or even cardboard).
  • You can reuse the original packaging to place the items you wish to return.
